How long will the free version last?

The base version will be free forever, and there's no trials or restrictions. You're free to upgrade at any time, but there's no pressure to upgrade.

How does the upgrade work?

If you choose to upgrade, you'll taken to the Twitch auth page. This is important so that we can link the upgrade to your Twitch channel. Then, you'll be redirected to our payment provider, Stripe. Once you've filled in the required details, you'll be redirected back to our site so it can finalize the upgrade. Once you see the success page, the Subathon Tool will recognize the upgrade and will unlock the extra features. You may need to restart the app, depending on the version you're running.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you're free to cancel the subscription at any time, and you can continue using the Subathon Tool as normal, without the additional benefits. Please note that if you are enrolled in IntelixBot protection when you cancel your subscription, the bot will leave your Twitch channel, and you will lose the link protection that it offered. However, you are able to upgrade again at any time in the future, and IntelixBot will automatically re-join your channel with your existing settings.

Can I request a refund?

Yes, you are able to request a refund for any subscription within the first 14 days. When the request is processed, you'll receive a refund for the full amount that you paid.
Please note that if you do receive a refund, you will also lose the upgrade benefits when the money is returned. IntelixBot will leave your Twitch channel and you'll lose the link protection.

Why should I upgrade?

Upgrading offers additional benefits, both within the Subathon Tool and your Twitch chat. You will gain immediate access to the extra Subathon Tool features that are listed in the table above, as well as malicious link protection for your Twitch chat. If you're worried about your moderators having to click each link to verify them, or you're sick of seeing "follow bot" services in your chat, IntelixBot has you covered. We know that these bots try to avoid link prevention measures from existing moderation bots by trying to add a space (like "bigfollows . com"), and IntelixBot's algorithm knows this too. We're also continuously updating this algorithm as Twitch threat intelligence evolves.

How does IntelixBot work?

IntelixBot behaves as a regular Twitch chatbot - but it will analyze each message in chat, and extract any URLs that are found in them. Then, it will send this link to SophosLabs, industry-leaders in cybersecurity for businesses, who will then categorize this webpage for us, using their Artificial Intelligence, and their known threat behaviour seen in attacks on businesses. IntelixBot then compares this category against our globally blocked categories, as well as your channel settings, and will automatically timeout/ban the chatter.
